  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days+

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Delays

While we aim to deliver your fitness gear as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always help you track your package.

5. Incorrect Addresses

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
